How We Work Our Recruitment Process

We provide comprehensive recruitment and placement support, simplifying the process for candidates and clients with seamless documentation assistance.

Contract Signing and Ethical Recruitment Agreement.
Initial Agreement: The process begins with signing a contract that emphasizes ethical recruitment practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with both local and international labor laws.
Brand and Hiring Needs Discussion.
Understanding Brand Vision: Discuss the brand's vision, values, and the specific qualities sought in candidates to ensure alignment with the company's culture and goals.
Manning and Positions Analysis: Determine the total number of positions, including entry-level to C-level roles, across different departments to create a comprehensive manning guide.
Onboarding Expectations: Outline the onboarding process, setting clear expectations for the integration of new hires into the company culture and operations.
Geographic Focus: Identify the countries of origin for potential hires and the target countries for conducting recruitment drives, with a focus on leveraging regions known for talent in the hospitality sector.
Recruitment Campaign Preparation.
Paperwork Requirements: Request and gather necessary paperwork from potential hires, ensuring all documents meet the legal and professional standards of the hiring country.
Attestation and Verification: Complete attestation of the required paperwork as per the regulations of the desired country, confirming candidates’ qualifications and legal status for employment.
Recruitment Drives and Selection Process
Launching Recruitment Campaigns: Organize recruitment drives in selected countries, including open days in locations near Doha and in the UAE, to attract premium talent
CV Submission and Online Interviews: Begin accepting CVs and conducting online interviews to screen candidates, moving qualified individuals forward in the recruitment process.
Visa Processing, Documentation and Mobilization
Documentation Support: Provide full visa support, easing the process for candidates and clients with seamless documentation assistance and other services including for medical tests and orientation. When necessary, we secure pre-labor and final labor approval from relevant authorities in the hiring country, ensuring compliance with the employment of selected candidates
Mobilization Support: Departing workers receive complete support, including the finalization of travel dates, airport assistance, and communication with the client for their reception.
Seamless Recruitment and Onboarding
End-to-End Recruitment: Aim to provide a seamless recruitment experience, from initial contact through to onboarding, ensuring the right talent is placed in suitable roles throughout the organization.
Support System for Pre-Opening: Act as a full support system for the hotel’s pre-opening phase, including learning and development programs tailored to integrate employees into the company and prepare them for their roles.
Continuous Evaluation and Adaptation
Feedback Mechanism: Implement a feedback mechanism to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process and make adjustments as necessary.
Cultural and Ethical Alignment: Continuously ensure that the recruitment practices adhere to ethical standards and respect the diverse cultural backgrounds of potential hires.
